M&S Prize draw terms and conditions<\/p>\n

The prize draw will run from 1st March 2012 to 31st March 2012.<\/p>\n

The winner will be selected at random and notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.<\/p>\n

There is 1 prize of \u00a3500 M&S e-giftcard to be won. \u00a0M&S e-giftcard terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n

The prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative is available and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.<\/p>\n

M&S reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

\u2022E-gift cards can only be redeemed at Marks & Spencer stores in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands (inc Outlets but excl BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions).<\/p>\n

They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the e-gift card on payment of the difference.<\/p>\n

If any product purchased with an e-gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the e-gift card.<\/p>\n

E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Money services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, domestic appliances, personalised cards or M&S Energy.<\/p>\n

If you do not spend the entire balance on the e-gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each transition and shown on your printed till receipt in store.<\/p>\n

E-gift cards have a maximum value limit of \u00a3500.<\/p>\n

E-gift cards can be topped up to the maximum value limit.<\/p>\n

E-gift cards will be valid for 24 months from the last transaction (transactions include balance enquiries). Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.<\/p>\n

Please treat e-gift cards as cash. Marks & Spencer will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards.<\/p>\n

Marks & Spencer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-gifts card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the e-gift card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights<\/p>\n
