This Prize Draw is open to card holders who are aged 18 or over and UK resident.

Employees of P&MM or the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

The winner will receive an Apple iPAD 2. No cash alternative available.

To enter simply make a purchase of £100 or more using your card at Comet between 1st November and 30th November 2011.

In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

The prize draw closing date is 30th November 2011.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within 14 days of the closing date. The name and county of the winner will be available by post from ‘Comet Apple iPAD2 Competition’, Avni Sualy,Comet Group Plc, Comet House, Three Rivers Court, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 1FX’ from 14 days after the closing date.

The Prize Draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent observer.
