Prize draw terms and conditions

1. To be eligible, transactions must be made between 1st to 31st July 2011 inclusive.

2. The winning name chosen will receive the corresponding prize of an Apple Ipod Touch 32gb.

3. hmv reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide a prize of similar quality and value.

4. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5. A random draw will take place by 5th August 2011. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or email.

6. This prize draw is not open to those who are employees, agents or representatives of the HMV Group PLC group of companies, P&MM, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and those domiciled with said families.
