What exactly is the NHSCashback Black Card
Its a pre-paid MasterCard card. Just like a mobile phone top-up card, you buy it, top it up and use. It is accepted wherever a MasterCard is accepted. Online, in-store, telephone orders etc.
It doubles-up Our black and gold card carries our unique “money saving card” logo, which gets you local discounts at more than 4500 outlets across the country. These include restaurants, pubs, clubs, health and fitness centers, beauticians, taxis, autocenters, opticians and many more.
How much can I save?
An average small family can save £427 per year, just by using this card. It is simply money you can’t afford to lose.
So, how does it work?
Earning Cashback
- Buy the card. Our online application process is easy and simple. We need to verify you are employed by healthcare sector. If you have a valid nhs.net or nhs.uk email id, we may not need further verification. Otherwise we may ask you to fax your employers ID. Currently the promotional price is £2.99 without any discount code, including post and packaging. The card will have 2 year validity.
- Top-up the card (for any amount from £10 to £1000)
- Just use the card to make payments at participating retailers
- Cashback gets added to your card. You can see the cashback amount showing in your card account (on the card management portal) within 24 working hours. It will get credited the next time you top-up.
Getting Local Discounts
Your black card is not only a cashback card, but also a local discount card as well. Simply show the card at the till and get money-off your bill instantly. You don’t even need to pay with your Black Card. Participating businesses and retailers will recognise the “money saving card” logo on your black card and give you the discounts.
